Cloud Core Mining is manufacturer of all Antminer machines.. Most of the machines you buy are manufactured and certified by us. We are partners with BITMAIN company. You will find our company name on all Antminer machines. We are also partners with other major brands and we have certifications.

Q4. Can we change product once purchased or exchanged.

We don’t change or exchange products that have been opened or altered.

Q5. How fast the shipment takes place with Cloud Core Mining?

We ship within 24 hrs after the order and payment confirmation is made. Different Delivery Batch Depend also In Shipping. Delivery takes 5 days max by air.

Q6. Value Declaration on the package by Cloud Core Mining?

We can always help you by declaring low valued invoice to help reduce the taxes and risk at the customs. If in case of any special requirement please contact us and update us before shipment.

Q7. Do you refund shipping fees?

Shipping fees are non-refundable. However, we offer free shipping for certain models.

Q8. Which courier company do you prefer and how fast it reaches us?

We are flexible with the courier company. We have our option available as DHL, UPS, ARAMEX, TNT and all major courier company as per your convenience. As per standards policy our default company we work with is DHL. They deliver the product internationally by max 5 days. We will always try to make sure, your shipment reaches on time as committed by the courier company.

Q9. Does Cloud Core Mining help with Customs?

Customer is responsible for Customs Clearance in their country, we can always help you with providing a lower invoice so that you pay a low custom value. In some instances, customer might pay no clearance

Q10. Cancel or change my order?

We do not cancel order once the order is processed and shipped. You always get a chance to change the product before you click the process button. As we have a automated system which drop the entire data to our warehouse. All process automated and we cannot manually change the item or cancel as the product would have left the warehouse. As we have the fast shipment policy.

Q12. Mode of Payment we accept?

We accept payments with Cryptocurrency. All products listed on our website are priced in US Dollars equivalent to USDT.

Orders generated will be valid only for a certain period from the time of booking. Once the order is generated a person has to make the payment in max hour. If in case of failure you order will get cancelled automatically.

Note : All payments made in crypto-currencies are directly exchanged in US dollars with us, therefore if any reason a refund must be made , it will be made on the amount in dollars and not in crypto-currency.
